Curricular Internships in Italy

To activate an internship in Italy, you are required to use the Piattaforma Tirocini e Tesi.

On the Home page, after logging in with your Unige-PASS credentials, User Manuals are available detailing the necessary steps.

The curricular internship can be carried out:

-With ECTS credit recognition (when the internship is included in the study plan, 6 ECTS credits can be recognized for a total of at least 150 hours of completed activity)

-Without ECTS credit recognition (training and orientation experience for employment insertion)

Before starting the internship, it is MANDATORY to:

If you are a non-EU student, send your residence permit data/documents to the Welcome Office service at sass@segreterie.unige.it 
­-Have completed the Online Course "General Training for Health and Safety" and obtained the attendance certificate. The course is available on Aulaweb.
The enrollment key is 'studente' or 'laureato' (all lowercase, without quotes).
If you already have the attendance certificate, you can send it to tirocini.architettura@unige.it
- Contact a professor available to serve as the Academic Tutor

Curricular Internships Abroad

Internships abroad are activated using paper documentation (Training Agreement and Training Project).
Before starting the internship, it is necessary to:

- If you are a non-EU student, send your residence permit data/documents to the Welcome Office service at sass@segreterie.unige.it 
­-Have completed the Online Course "General Training for Health and Safety" and obtained the attendance certificate. The course is available on Aulaweb.
The enrollment key is 'studente' or 'laureato' (all lowercase, without quotes).
If you already have the attendance certificate, you can send it to tirocini.architettura@unige.it
- Contact a professor available to serve as the Academic Tutor.

Once you have received confirmation from the host company/organization, write to tirocini.architettura@unige.it, specifying:

-Name of the company/office/public organization
-Name and contact details (email and phone) of the Company Supervisor
-Tentative internship period
-Name and internship approval of the UniGE professor chosen as Academic Tutor
